Description
Nifedipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Its main uses are as an antianginal (especially in Prinzmetal’s angina) andantihypertensive. It is also commonly used for the small subset of pulmonary hypertension patients whose symptoms respond to calcium channel blockers.
